Responsibilities
Oversee the development and execution of high-value sponsorship deals across large-scale event platforms
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and pricing to negotiation, activation, and renewal
Build strategic, category-exclusive partnerships across food & beverage, retail, and tourism verticals
Ideate creative packages and programs for potential sponsors and execute on them
Collaborate with marketing, production, and content teams to deliver best-in-class sponsor experiences and measurable ROI
Translate brand objectives into creative, multi-channel rights packages that drive engagement and sales
Qualification
Required
7–10+ years of sponsorship or partnership sales experience across live events, sports, or large-scale experiential platforms
Proven track record selling seven-figure, multi-asset deals to leading brands in CPG, retail, financial services, food & beverage and/or travel sectors, with experience in the creative space
Deep network of senior-level contacts and decision-makers across key categories
Excellent communicator with the ability to craft compelling, ROI-driven partnership proposals
Entrepreneurial, results-oriented, and highly motivated to build and grow a high-value sponsorship portfolio
Preferred
Experience in the creative space
