Senior FP&A Analyst

Responsibilities

Serve as a key business partner with practice unit leaders to provide analysis and decision support to enable the achievement of firm goals and financial objectives
Support the development of the annual budget
Work with practice unit leaders to develop and maintain quarterly forecasts
Work with stakeholders across the firm to intake reporting requests
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI
Maintain the firm’s long-term financial model, updating and creating various scenario options
Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support investments and new business initiatives
Support the leadership team in the preparation of regular shareholder, board and firm meeting materials
Provide exceptional internal customer service and build strong relationships across departments
Serve as a trusted advisor, exhibiting executive presence in interactions with senior leadership and practice unit leaders

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
Minimum of three years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance

Preferred

Experience with Power BI or other visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) for advanced business intelligence and information reporting
Experience with FP&A software (e.g., Vena, Datarails, Workday Adaptive Planning)
CPA or MBA designation
