Receive well qualified in house generated leads. No prospecting
Often times, the lead can come with a fully package of docs
Understand the MCA landscape of lenders and closing process
Discipline & commitment. Strong closing skills
Excellent communication and professional relationship building skills
Strong phone skills, and the willingness to work extremely hard
Must be hungry and a seasoned MCA closer
Have an innate ability to build rapport and develop trust quickly with business owners
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1 year MCA Experience
Must demonstrate ability to close at a high level
Must be hard working, competitive, and highly motivated and punctual
Applicants must be RESULTS – DRIVEN and persistent
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong phone skills
Honest and Professional
Intermediate computer skills- Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred upon expected graduation date
