Responsibilities

Ensure instrumentation is configured and safe for flight
Support creation, tracking, and closure of flight squawks with proper documentation
Help plan and organize data collection activities for ground and flight test campaigns
Participate in flight test planning, readiness reviews, and flight briefs/debriefs
Contribute to post-flight data review and analysis using MATLAB / Simulink and other tools
Prepare and maintain test documentation in accordance with company procedures
Support development and maintenance of certification flight test plans
Partner with the GNC and Flight Test teams to execute ongoing test campaigns
Provide general support to flight test operations and other assigned engineering tasks

Required

Currently enrolled in a university pursuing your Bachelors or Masters in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, systems engineering, or similar discipline
Graduating between December 2026 & June 2027

Preferred

Experience with flight dynamics and/or aircraft performance modeling
Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, or other programming languages for data analysis and scientific computing
Familiarity with dSpace, LabView Equipment or equivalent
Experience with simulation tools (e.g., Simulink, X-Plane, or similar)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
