Responsibilities
IT Technical Writer develops, writes, and edits materials for reports, manuals, briefs, technical specifications, instruction books, catalogs, and related technical and administrative publications concerned with work methods and procedures
Qualification
Required
AA/AS from an accredited college or university, or substitute with 3+ years experience with any one of the following IAT Level I (A+ CE, CND, Network+ CE, SSCP, CCNA Security) and CE/OS Certification
Solid understanding of IT concepts, ability to translate into technical software documentation
