The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using UiPath, collaborating with business stakeholders, and enhancing existing RPA solutions for performance and scalability.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath to automate business processes
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze automation requirements
Maintain and enhance existing RPA solutions for performance and scalability
Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure successful deployments
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, process maps, and operational support materials
Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend automation strategies
Provide production support, including monitoring and resolving incidents related to RPA workflows
Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure security, compliance, and governance of automation solutions
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of professional experience in RPA development
Strong proficiency in UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, and Robot components)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills for working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
Experience with UiPath Document Understanding
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate
Enthusiasm for AI, intelligent automation, and emerging technologies
Broader software development experience (e.g., .NET, C#, VB or Python) is a plus
Knowledge of SQL, APIs, and web services integration
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field preferred
