Responsibilities
Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance accounts
Assist clients with policy inquiries, coverage updates, and renewals
Review and analyze policies to ensure comprehensive coverage
Work closely with underwriters, carriers, and clients to tailor insurance solutions
Provide excellent customer service and handle claims inquiries when needed
Support clients with EPIC software (experience preferred)
Qualification
Required
Must be licensed in Commercial Lines Insurance
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent communication
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Experience with EPIC software is a plus
