Responsibilities

Participate in due diligence, valuation, modeling, economics and lead advisory projects

Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior stakeholders

Support our clients in strategic decision-making by providing insights, analysis, and recommendations based on project findings and market trends

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Qualification

Required

Strong academic background (CES Révision Comptable, CFA, Financial Analyst, etc)

Outstanding financial analysis, valuation, and modeling skills

3-5 years of work experience is required in Transaction Services, Corporate finance or Private Equity

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a dynamic team environment

Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken)

Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc)

Preferred

knowledge of financial databases (Capital IQ, Mergermarket, etc)
