Drive retail sales and meet sales goals
Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to all spa guests
Maintain a clean and organized retail space
Assist with inventory management and restocking of retail products
Participate in promotional events and marketing initiatives to drive retail sales
Qualification
Required
Prior retail sales experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to close during the week and work one weekend shift, either Saturday or Sunday
Preferred
Knowledge of skincare and beauty products is a plus
