Bilingual (Korean/English) Warehouse Customer Service Representative
CJ Logistics America is a leading logistics provider specializing in integrated and multimodal logistics services. They are seeking a Bilingual (Korean/English) Warehouse Customer Service Representative to serve as the main point of contact for customers, manage shipments, and ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Customer Communication – Be the friendly, go-to expert for both internal and external customers, ensuring top-notch service and smooth operations
Schedule & Organize – Keep things moving! Manage inbound and outbound shipments, coordinate carrier appointments, and keep schedules on track
Paperwork Perfection– Process orders, Bills of Lading, and verify documentation with accuracy—because details matter!
Dock & Yard Coordination – Keep the flow efficient! Assign dock doors, track trailers, and maintain key reports to ensure everything runs smoothly
Team Player – Work closely with shift leads and jump in to support shipping and receiving when needed—teamwork makes the dream work!
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (required)
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and ready to learn warehouse management systems (WMS)
Preferred
Shipping & receiving experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn and grow is even better!
