1+ years expLX Group is a family-owned business that has been serving the foodservice and equipment industry for over 30 years. They are seeking a bilingual Staff Accountant (Chinese) to support daily operations in bookkeeping, reconciliation, reporting, and vendor management.

Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and timely financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
Assist with month-end close processes and financial statement preparation
Support cash flow tracking, budgeting, and forecasting in collaboration with the finance lead
Review and reconcile vendor invoices, coordinate with purchasing and warehouse to resolve discrepancies
Help prepare documentation for tax filings, audits, and internal reviews
Maintain up-to-date inventory and cost tracking data
Support internal controls and ensure adherence to financial policies
Translate key financial or vendor communications as needed (Chinese/English)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
1–2 years of relevant accounting experience
Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English (written and verbal) required
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and general accounting software
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Prior experience in wholesale, distribution, or supply chain industries a plus
