Responsibilities
Collaborating on diverse projects in Water Resources, Hydrology/Hydraulics, and MS4
Working on various types of drainage, flood control, bridge hydraulic studies/designs, bridge scour analyses, storm water management studies, and design/contract plans for flood control and storm water infrastructure projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related degree(s)
Must have passed the Fundamental of Engineering (FE) exam
1-3 years of experience with technical work in Water Resources / Hydrology / Hydraulics
Strong leadership, communication, analytical skills, and ability to work in a team environment
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills necessary with the ability to plan and conceptualize
Ability to perform a limited amount of field work, including drainage investigations, topographic surveying, drainage asset inventorying, etc
Experience with technical report writing and working knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Experience with HEC-RAS 1D/2D, SMS SRH2D, EPA-SWMM/PCSWMM 1D/2D, HEC-HMS, HydraFlow, HydroCAD, StormCAD, or equivalent programs is preferred
Experience with Bentley products (ORD, GEOPAK, InROADS, etc), AutoCAD, and/or ArcGIS is preferred
