Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and refine the company's strategic plan. Identify growth opportunities, assess market dynamics, and define strategic priorities
Business Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analyses of industry trends, competitive landscape, and internal capabilities. Gather and analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making
Strategic Projects and Initiatives: Lead and support the execution of strategic projects and initiatives. Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation
Competitive Intelligence: Monitor and analyze competitor activities, market trends, and industry disruptions. Identify emerging threats and opportunities. Provide recommendations for maintaining a competitive advantage
Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support strategic initiatives. Evaluate investment opportunities, assess financial feasibility, and develop business cases for new initiatives
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather input, align objectives, and secure support for strategic initiatives. Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders
Strategic Communications: Assist in the development of strategic communications, including executive presentations, board materials, and other strategic documents. Ensure clear and effective communication of strategic initiatives
Performance Monitoring: Develop and implement metrics to monitor the progress and impact of strategic initiatives. Regularly track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership
Risk Assessment: Identify and assess strategic risks and challenges. Develop mitigation strategies to address potential obstacles and ensure successful execution of initiatives
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging strategic frameworks. Contribute to the improvement of strategic planning processes and methodologies
Performs other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
Typically 12+ years experience in strategy development, strategic planning, or related roles. Experience in project management is highly desirable
Proven expertise in customer service, customer success, and operations transformation
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information, identify insights, and develop innovative solutions
Excellent understanding of business principles, industry dynamics, and market trends. Ability to apply financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making
Proven experience in managing complex projects from initiation to completion. Ability to develop project plans, manage resources, and deliver high-quality results within deadlines
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to present complex ideas and concepts in a clear and concise manner to diverse audiences
Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using data analysis tools and techniques to drive strategic insights
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Flexible mindset to navigate ambiguity and adjust strategies as needed
Strong ethical standards and commitment to maintaining the highest level of integrity in all strategic initiatives and decision-making
