The role involves educating customers on auction participation and managing auctions in the local community.

Responsibilities
You will be the face of Auction.com and will represent the Company in the conduct of live foreclosure auctions, either through holding auctions, or via online technology that allows remote or real-time bidding on a national basis
You will be helping your local community thrive through educating customers on how to participate in the auctions and helping turn houses into homes
Your Area/State manager will work with you to assign daily, weekly, or monthly auctions that you will be expected to participate in
Additionally, there are usually training sessions monthly/quarterly and these provide opportunities to improve skills while earning additional compensation
Qualification
Required
Energetic, tech-savvy, and sales-focused individuals
Ability to represent the Company in the conduct of live foreclosure auctions
Willingness to drive up to 90 minutes to get to auctions in surrounding areas
Availability Monday – Thursday for morning and afternoon shifts
Flexibility in schedule to accommodate 1-6 auctions per month
People-centric attitude and enjoyment in interacting and helping people
Proficiency in technology
Attention to detail
Ability to explain concepts clearly to others
Ability to think fast on your feet
