Responsibilities

Ensure the quality and delivery of products meets customer expectations

Assist in electronic assembly operations such as SMT, AOI, Prepping Components, X-Ray, De-Panel, and Soldering

Interpret schematics, drawings, diagrams, and other visual aides for assembly

Work with team members to ensure production roles are clear

Communicate with engineers and design staff to ensure designs are being implemented correctly

Use tools to make or repair parts and products

Maintain attention to detail and a clean workspace

Differentiate between colors to identify colored electrical wires

Perform routine preventive maintenance

Maintain inventory and place orders for more supplies as needed

Complete quality control forms using basic computer skills

Work in an ESD and FOD-controlled environment

Work with minimal supervision and follow strict safety guidelines
