Responsibilities

Operate production equipment and systems in accordance with company procedures

Perform troubleshooting, minimal maintenance, and adjustment functions under direct supervision

Supervise assigned labor in the assigned area of production

Verify raw material identification and package weights before use

Ensure accuracy in ingredients and weights for staged batches

Process batches according to manufacturing instructions

Record complete and accurate data on quality records

Assist with other production and packaging operations as required

Capable of working in confined spaces

Regularly required to move throughout a production building and plant site

Regularly required to descend/ascend stairs

Regularly required to lift and/or move objects weighing 5-50 lbs, occasionally up to 100 lbs

Frequent bending, reaching, squatting, pulling, and pushing required

Ability to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
