Sales Manager, Parts and Services

Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to increase parts and service sales for bucket trucks and aerial lifts
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including fleet owners, rental companies, utility providers, and service centers
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their ongoing service and parts needs
Develop and present customized proposals, pricing strategies, and service agreements
Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals for the aftermarket business
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding parts availability, service offerings, and technical support
Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Work closely with the Service Operations team to ensure efficient scheduling and execution of repairs and maintenance
Collaborate with the parts department to ensure adequate inventory levels and timely fulfillment of customer orders
Partner with Director of NA Service Operations to align sales efforts with operational capabilities
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge
Track sales performance, provide regular reports to senior management, and adjust strategies as needed
Develop pricing strategies for parts and services to optimize profitability while remaining competitive
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards
Qualification
Required
5+ years in parts and service sales, preferably in the bucket truck, aerial lift, or heavy-duty vehicle industry
Bachelor's degree in business, sales, engineering, or a related field
Understanding of bucket truck components, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and maintenance requirements
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing customer relationships
Ability to effectively present solutions and close deals
Capable of addressing customer needs with tailored parts and service solutions
Experience working cross-functionally with service and parts departments
Experience with CRM tools, sales tracking software (specifically Hubspot), and Microsoft Office Suite
