They are currently seeking a Private Process Server to join their team as an independent contractor in Kent County, Maryland, focusing on delivering accurate and timely legal document delivery services.

Responsibilities
Make diligent service attempts:
Collections Files: Up to 5 attempts at varied times (morning, evening, weekend, etc.)
Non-Collections Files: 2 diligent attempts (morning and evening)
Activate cases within 24 hours of receiving documents (via FedEx or email)
Electronically sign all eligible affidavits within 48 hours of service
Use ProVest’s mobile applications to:
Upload photo evidence of addresses
Record service or non-service outcomes
Submit detailed attempt notes
Qualification
Required
Applicants must reside in or currently serve within a 45-mile radius of Kent County, MD
Reliable transportation
Valid driver's license and active auto insurance
Smartphone capable of running mobile apps
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Professionalism, punctuality, and strong attention to detail
Willingness To Travel: 75%
