Lead Product Manager, Line of Credit

Responsibilities
You’ll establish the roadmap and strategy surrounding line of credit products at Tilt: what we should (and shouldn’t) build, define our target customer, and establish an opinionated graduation POV
You’ll successfully launch and scale a new line of credit product within your first 6 months
You’ll earn broad cross-functional partner trust by working deeply with Design, Engineering, Credit, Legal, Compliance, and Customer Success weekly
You’ll put in place a culture of measurement, iteration, and continuous improvement in your product area — establishing dashboards, feedback loops, and ongoing optimization
You’ll build a culture around high-impact, reliable delivery for you and your team
Qualification
Required
6+ years of product management experience
At least 2+ years leading complex financial products
Confident working with SQL
Ability to collaborate closely with Data Science and ML teams to uncover insights and validate hypotheses
Experience running user research
Ability to pair with design and express the user perspective in delivery
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
Ability to craft narratives and roadmaps
Ability to align cross-functional teams
