Responsibilities

Manage a sophisticated book of personal lines business for affluent individuals and families, exercising independent judgment, autonomy, and decision-making

Conduct annual account reviews and client meetings to assess coverage adequacy, identify exposures, and recommend program enhancements

Collaborate closely with Producers and internal HUB colleagues on all aspects of client service, marketing, and renewals while adhering to HUB’s best practices and procedures

Oversee preparation, documentation, and processing of all policy transactions with accuracy and attention to detail

Develop a deep understanding of each client’s insurance objectives and critically analyze insurance plans to ensure suitability and comprehensive protection

Serve as the primary liaison between clients and carriers, proactively resolving service, billing, and claims issues

Identify opportunities for program improvement, account rounding, and cross-selling to enhance client relationships and support departmental growth goals
