Responsibilities
Selling home pest-control services door-to-door across some of the fastest-growing markets in the U.S
Learning how to communicate, persuade, lead, and win
Mastering influence, negotiation, and people skills
Setting goals and executing with discipline and accountability
Gaining real business experience — lead generation, marketing, time management, and closing deals
Understanding the psychology of sales and personal performance
Building and managing your own sales team (for those who advance)
Qualification
Required
College students and young adults
Competitive, goal-oriented, and eager to grow
Excited about entrepreneurship, sales, or leadership

Willing to relocate for the summer and put in the work
