Schedule and coordinate member appointments, meetings, classes, consults, and department communication as needed. Providing a proactive approach to customer service by listening to the member, taking ownership of solutions and escalate issues as appropriate to resolve concerns!
Day of event support by checking in members, event set-up, event breakdown, and group rotations
Provides high quality service to a variety of members over the telephone, email and in-person encompassing both verbal and written communication
Assist members in database registration, completion of initial paperwork including consent/release forms, resource referrals
Prioritized assigned projects ensuring deadlines are met
Actively supervises the use of confidential member information to maintain appropriate levels of confidentiality as established under HIPAA (the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act)
Qualification
Required
High School diploma and a minimum of 2 years' related experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications and Microsoft Office
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills
Medical/well-being office experience with a strong emphasis in customer service, computer skills and phones
