Building and upgrading sophisticated distributed systems

Managing vast amounts of data through real-time OTP applications

Spanning multiple locations in different geographic regions, requiring high-throughput message processing and high-speed cache communication

Required

3+ years of production Elixir/OTP experience with demonstrable expertise in GenServer patterns, Supervisor trees, concurrent processing and parallel workloads, and ETS tables for in-memory storage

Clear working knowledge of message processing with Kafka, backpressure, and batch processing strategies

Experience with a database & caching using Ecto and ETS for persistent local storage

Performance telemetry and metrics collection

Expert-level understanding of process supervision strategies, concurrent process management, message passing patterns, and fault tolerance & recovery
