Coordinating business strategies across different services, plans, partnership approaches and practices, tracking performance metrics and decision-making frameworks, and communicating progress and successes to senior leadership, key stakeholders, and partners

Drive a culture of operational excellence, ensuring the proactive communication of operational results to leaders and executive leadership

Build alignment and drive collaboration across functions — including product, engineering, and enterprise leadership — ensuring that strategic initiatives are executed seamlessly and deliver measurable business outcomes

Develop, drive and write insightful and well-researched white papers on relevant industry and business topics

Articulate strategic initiatives and outcomes clearly and effectively to various audiences, both in writing and verbally
