Responsibilities
Lead with Expertise : Apply your deep knowledge of digital support to maintain business continuity across multiple departments
Train & Mentor : Guide new and existing team members using structured training modules and hands-on support
Drive Improvements : Participate in system evaluations and provide data to help resolve trouble areas
Support Investigations : Fulfill critical requests like background checks, call recordings, and vehicle history reports
Manage Claims : Monitor and assist with digitally reported claims and subpoena requests
Handle Sensitive Materials : Prepare outgoing checks, scan external media, and convert large digital files for enterprise compatibility
Maintain Compliance : Follow records retention protocols and support the upkeep of specialized scanning equipment
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of experience (or demonstrated mastery of internal development skills)
A sharp eye for detail and a passion for digital workflows
A collaborative spirit and readiness to work onsite full-time
Comfort with routine tasks and the flexibility to take on new challenges with guidance
