Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment ranging from heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) equipment, fan coils, chillers, pumps, boilers, cooling towers and energy management systems (EMS)
Adjust and maintain internal temperatures
Complete water treatment tests of closed-loop and open-loop systems
Change filters on equipment including heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) equipment, fan coils, chillers, pumps, boilers, cooling towers and energy management systems (EMS)
Drive and operate company vehicles
Perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department
Qualification
Required
At least five years' Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) experience required
A minimum of five years' experience with controls, line voltage, boilers, chillers, pumps, plumbing, water softeners and water testing of closed and open loop systems required
Ability to operate an Energy Management Systems (EMS) a must
Must have a Class-2 Refrigerant License
Must have, or be able to obtain, a valid Nevada Driver's License
Professional appearance and demeanor a must
Preferred
Possess the ability to read control and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) blueprints preferred
