Responsibilities
Support engineering staff by performing assigned test requests, simulations, and supporting tasks
Maintain a safe a professional laboratory environment; comply with company safety policies and directives
Assist or lead calorimetric design, experimentation, and data collection
Assist or lead thermal hydraulic testing design, experimentation, and data collection
Assist or lead numerical simulations supporting several process or facilities challenges
Communicate with team leads and senior management and document activities in peer reviewed reports
Successful completion of a capstone presentation, highlighting accomplishments during internship
Move pressure vessel components weighing up to 40 lb
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in chemical, nuclear, mechanical engineering or related field
Minimum GPA of 3.0
Complete Sophomore year of college
