The role involves performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs while collaborating with various teams to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.

Responsibilities
Working in a cooperative team environment with Maintenance team members on emergency repairs, implementing corrective actions to achieve production milestone
Troubleshoot / devise effective solutions to address challenges in equipment including emergency repairs on production equipment to minimize the downtime
Oversee the new or modified production equipment installation & setup
Analyze the equipment issues and develop the corrective actions
Establish / perform preventive maintenance plan including regular overhaul
Manage the spare parts & tools including purchasing order & safety stock management
Develop engineering solutions for continuous improvement in the area of uptime, safety, and quality
Report key maintenance activities/results/indicators on a daily or weekly basis
Revise / create the work instruction for training & provide the training for team members
Continuously improve production environment with 5S & 3R standard
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or above in engineering (mechanical, electrical or similar)
3 years or more of relevant experience in maintenance of high-volume manufacturing
Preferred
Battery maintenance experiences are appreciated. Or similar equipment experiences to each of battery manufacturing process like electrode, assembly, formation are preferred
Experience with the new battery production equipment installation & setup
