They are seeking Supervising Licensed Clinical Psychologists to manage and coach a team of licensed therapists while providing clinical oversight and maintaining a small caseload of clients.

Responsibilities
Manage, supervise, and coach a team of 15–20 licensed therapists
Provide clinical oversight by reviewing treatment plans, documentation, and progress notes
Monitor performance through client outcomes, feedback, retention data, and quality audits
Offer clinical and ethical consultation and serve as a trusted resource for therapist questions
Foster a supportive, collaborative culture aligned with Thriving Center’s values and mission
Act as liaison between therapists and leadership, ensuring effective communication and team cohesion
Maintain a small caseload of 10–15 clients, providing high-quality therapy services
Qualification
Required
Doctorate (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology
Active New York State licensure as a Psychologist
Minimum of 10 years of post-licensure clinical experience
4 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and culturally competent care
Must be proficient in evidence-based treatment modalities (CBT, ACT, DBT, etc)
