Cyber Effects Operations Weapons and Tactics SME
PatchPlus Consulting, Inc. seeks an experienced Cyber Effects Operations expert to support efforts for US Space Force and US Space Command elements. The role involves collaboration with military commands to enhance cyber warfare capabilities, develop training programs, and provide subject matter expertise in cyber operations.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with USSF Field Commands and subordinate units to develop and implement new organizational, operational and weapon system constructs that support the USSF Cyber Warfare Mission Area
Support Defensive Cyber Warfare/Operations (DCW/DCO) and Offensive Cyber Warfare/Operations (OCW/OCO) mission planning methodologies and integration across Mission Deltas
Provide in-depth instruction on current cyber Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs), including OCW and DCW strategies/best practices in cyber operations
Develop and provide USSF Instructional Systems Design-complaint training
Support USSF, USSPACECOM and USCYBERCOM Cyber Effects Operations exercise design/scenario development, planning and execution
Facilitate scenario-based exercises that challenge warfighters to apply their Cyber Warfare skills in real-world scenarios, enhancing their problem-solving abilities
Improve existing USSF Weapons and Tactics programs and Tactics Development (TACDEV) through the refinement of existing TTPs and development of new ones
Integrate Cyber Effects Operations and provide Subject Matter Expertise across Joint and Service-level exercises
Support USSF weapon system DevSecOps and AGILE development concepts
Qualification
Required
Active TS/SCI security clearance
Graduate of the Cyber Effects Operations Weapons Instructor Course (WIC)
Minimum of 10-years in military Cyber Operations (either OCW/OCO or DCW/DCO)
Tactical and Operational-level cyber experience
BA or BS degree (Master's degree desired)
Expert engagement with multiple DoD Cyber organizations (USSF, USAF, 16th AF/AFCYBER, SpOC, NSA, and USCYBERCOM)
Self-motivated and innovative problem-solver
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to communicate technical approaches and details within small project teams, including team interaction and presentations
