Responsibilities
Monitor and oversee work study program
Complete verification for continuing students who are selected for verification after submitting their FAFSAs'
Review all students who have received any Federal Aid within the academic year to make sure that they are meeting the required GPA and completion pace in order to receive federal aid
Process the work study payroll
Monitor student and department work study budgets
Supervise work study students
Review submitted work study time sheets for student workers
Submit corrections on CPS and package students after verification process
Meet with students and parents in regard to their financial hardships
Advise students and/ or parents with their financial aid questions
Answering the phones and covering the counter
Review all students who have received any Federal Aid within the academic year to make sure that they are meeting the required GPA and completion pace in order to receive federal aid
Liaison between Advancement for packaging students who have been awarded Continuing student scholarships
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
3 to 5 years of work related experience
Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
