Responsibilities
Support day-to-day instruction and classroom activities in the absence of the regular teacher
Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging classroom environment
Follow lesson plans and program routines provided by the site staff
Communicate effectively with students and staff
Supervise and ensure the well-being of students throughout the shift
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt to different age groups and program locations
Must be dependable, punctual, and professional
Preferred
Prior experience working with children or in educational settings preferred
