Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting tools to ensure optimal performance
Diagnose tooling/ fixtures problems and recommend repairs or replacements as necessary
Coordinate with external vendors or technicians for complex repairs or specialized maintenance tasks
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize equipment downtime and maximize productivity
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, parts replacements, and equipment performance
Monitor tooling/ fixtures performance metrics and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
Other duties as assigned

Qualification
Required
Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, other engineers, leadership and customers
1 to 3 years manufacturing experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
Bachelor's degree and above, major in machine design, manufacturing, and automation or equivalent
Healthy. Able to Travel. Able to work in a manufacturing environment
The employee is regularly required to stand for long periods
Duties include turning at the waist, reaching, bending, squatting and lifting up to 50 pounds
Ability to pass static strength requirements (grip)
Visual acuity including, but not limited to: NEAR ACUITY, FAR ACUITY, DEPTH PERCEPTION, COLOR VISION, FIELD OF VISION
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
Safety requirements for this position are safety glasses, hearing protection and steel-toed work boots
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables
Knowledge of and familiarity manufacturing software
Familiar with Office software, basic network operations and e-mail reception and sending
Proficient with CAD design softwares, such as UG, Catia, or Solidworks; strength in AutoCad is a plus
Proficient with 3D modeling designs, and 2D technical drawing constructions
Familiar with moderate knowledge of tooling/fixtures installment and trouble-shooting skills
Familiar with the manufacturing technology, especially underlying the component installment process
Able to communicate with other department to other technical issues related in tooling/fixtures
Able to guide workshop technician, technological operation and new employee training
Interpersonal and communication skills
Analysis and judgment capability
Adaptability to changes
Receive training concerning the company profile, basic product processing, company rules and management regulations, department and post workflow
Familiar with the manufacturing technology relating to tempered glasses and laminated glasses, with major quality systems and environmental systems
