Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the automotive ecosystem, including OEMs, suppliers, dealers, and service providers
Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with senior decision-makers and stakeholders across the industry
Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification through to contract negotiation and close
Collaborate with internal product and leadership teams to shape solution offerings, tailor proposals, and ensure customer satisfaction
Present and position software and data integration solutions to demonstrate clear ROI and value for clients
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to expand reach and visibility (with travel as required)
Log, track, and manage sales activities in Salesforce, maintaining accurate, detailed records of each pursuit and opportunity to ensure transparency and forecasting accuracy

Required

Minimum 5 years of sales experience within the automotive industry
Proven track record of selling software and/or data integration solutions into automotive organizations
Strong network and established relationships with decision-makers across OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and related sectors
Demonstrated success in prospecting, pipeline development, and closing complex deals
Familiarity with long sales cycles and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a consultative approach
High degree of self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
