STI Federal is searching for a dynamic and skilled Senior Program/Technical Advisor to be a key part of our expanding team. In this role, you will provide expert-level scientific and strategic leadership supporting federal client organizations, leading high-impact initiatives that advance national health and preparedness.

Responsibilities

Lead program strategy – Provide senior-level advisory and technical leadership to ensure alignment of program outcomes with mission objectives
Oversee technical evaluations – Assess research plans, studies, and documentation for quality, feasibility, and compliance with standards
Drive cross-functional integration – Collaborate across scientific, operational, and policy domains to advance coordinated program delivery
Provide subject matter expertise – Offer authoritative recommendations on complex technical or regulatory issues affecting program outcomes
Enhance program innovation – Identify new opportunities, partnerships, and technologies that advance preparedness and countermeasure capabilities

Required

Doctoral degree in biological, chemical, or related scientific field; or advanced degree with commensurate experience; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience demonstrating the ability to perform the duties of the position
Minimum of twelve (12) years of relevant industry experience
Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance

Preferred

Experience in leadership roles supporting medical countermeasure, pharmaceutical, or regulatory programs
Experience managing multidisciplinary teams or high-visibility federal projects preferred
