Responsibilities

Establish deep technical relationships with assigned key customers including system architects and technical management, serving as trusted advisor on timing
Own and deliver design-wins by working with regional sales to identify available design slots, architect SiTime solutions, and resolve all technical issues pre-sale and post-sale
Drive solution selling via clock tree and architectural discussions within key application areas that benefit customers at the system level
Create localized technical contents and training programs for regional sales team and channel partners, increasing sales effectiveness
Be the customer voice, influencing SiTime roadmap and strategy in service of revenue growth

Required

10+ years of applications and design engineering experience in datacenter, AI, networking or telecom
Proven track record of establishing deep technical relationships with system designs and architects
Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technical solutions to customer needs
Strategic thinker with the ability to debug and solve complex technical issues for customers in applications such as high speed SERDES, compute, and communication systems
Deep understanding of time synchronization architectures and systems

Preferred

Knowledge of industry standards such as GR-1244, IEEE1588/PTP, NPT, GPS/GNSS, G.8262
Hand-on experience with timing measurement instrumentation
