The role involves installing and servicing enterprise-level access control and video surveillance systems while serving as the primary customer interface.

Responsibilities

Install and service physical security systems, including IP video and access control systems with electrified locking hardware
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently
Serve as the primary on-site customer interface
Oversee subcontractors and coordinate with other trades
Mentor junior technicians and ensure quality standards are met

Required

5–10 years of experience with enterprise-level physical security systems
Skilled in installing, configuring, and maintaining Access Control systems
Basic networking knowledge to support system integration and troubleshooting
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve across multiple systems and platforms
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
Experience managing subcontractor performance and ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards
Must pass TSA background screening and be eligible to obtain a Florida security technician license prior to start
