Responsibilities

Prepare the Catheterization Laboratory and equipment for procedures, maintain supply inventory, and support a clean environment of care
Function as scrub assistant during diagnostic, interventional and all other procedures performed in the Cath Lab
Function as hemodynamic monitor and control room operator during procedures; provides accurate recordkeeping of procedures
Provides high quality radiographic imaging, which includes quality assurance and radiation safety
Review documentation, including procedure orders and patient medical record; explain procedure, answer questions and provide a high level patient experience
Maintain record of images, reports, equipment maintenance, and inventory control

Required

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Graduate of Radiology Technology program, Registered Radiology Technologist through AART
1 Year of experience
Registered Radiology Technologist RT(R) or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or equivalent or registry eligible
ACLS
BLS
Computer skills, Communication and Customer Service skills are essential
Must possess the ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize duties
Must be self-directed and work well independently as well as on a team
Works effectively in stressful environment
Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
