They are seeking Catholic financial professionals to join their team as Field Agents, responsible for achieving production quotas, providing professional service, and recruiting new members while being actively involved in their parish communities.

Responsibilities

Achieving production quotas in the Agent’s territory, as set by the General Agent and the Home Office
Providing professional service to policyholders and their families, fulfilling the KofC commitment to charity, unity, and fraternity
Identifying and recruiting new members to increase the potential market for KofC insurance
Providing our members and their families with the guidance that fits their needs
Being deeply involved in their parish and the councils of Knights they serve
Learning and following all regulatory requirements
Providing our members and their families with outstanding customer service

Qualification

LifeHealth insurance licenseSales experienceBachelor’s degreeSeries 65 licenseProfessional Designations

Required

Knights of Columbus membership or eligibility
Active state life and health insurance licenses, or successful completion of the process as required by the state prior to onboarding

Preferred

Bachelor's degree
Series 65 license
Sales experience
Professional Designations, CLU, ChFC, CFP, CFA, or CPA
