Responsibilities
Interview, hire, and train customer service associates
Manage associate schedules and fulfill emergent staffing needs
Performance reviews for our customer service teams
Education and development of customer service associates
Employee relations and communications
Payroll calculations, goal calculations, time clock maintenance
Organize and conduct customer service meetings
Communicate effectively and routinely with the Hospital Director to discuss, evaluate, and plan for the welfare of the practice
Check transactions for accuracy and missed services through regular audits
Serve as an escalation point for client questions and concerns
Serve as a contributing member on our hospitals leadership team
Qualification
Required
Experience in veterinary client service
Experience managing staff
Ability to interview, hire, and train customer service associates
Ability to manage associate schedules and fulfill emergent staffing needs
Ability to conduct performance reviews for customer service teams
Ability to educate and develop customer service associates
Strong employee relations and communications skills
Ability to perform payroll calculations, goal calculations, and time clock maintenance
Ability to organize and conduct customer service meetings
Effective communication with the Hospital Director
Ability to check transactions for accuracy and missed services through regular audits
Ability to serve as an escalation point for client questions and concerns
Ability to contribute as a member of the hospitals leadership team
Availability to work nights and weekends
