Executive System Engineer Level IV
Integral Federal, Inc. partners with federal defense, intelligence, and civilian leaders to tackle important challenges. The Executive System Engineer IV will support the Program Executive Office Intelligence Electronic Warfare and Sensors Program Management Office in developing and maintaining systems engineering processes for Position, Navigation and Timing products.

Responsibilities
Lead efforts in identifying and assessing improvements to existing products and exploring emerging PNT technologies, and will be responsible for ensuring technical feasibility within cost and schedule constraints
Support PM PNT product systems engineering plans and processes, configuration management plans, risk management plans, integrated master plans, and acquisition documentation
Attend PM PNT program reviews, including Software Specification Review, Systems Requirements Review, System Functional Review, Preliminary Design Review, Critical Design Review, Production Readiness Review, Functional Configuration Audit, and Physical and Configuration Audit. The Contractor shall support pre- and post-review events and attend IPTs and working group meetings
Provide systems engineering support for classified and unclassified PM PNT products, including risk identification and management; system configuration management; concept development; requirements analysis, development, and derivation; systems design and architecture; modeling and simulation; integration, test, and evaluation; hardware and software validation; host platform integration support; and field demonstrations
Support system engineering activities IAW DoD guidance and regulations and the systems engineering principles of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Standard 1220 to integrate classified and unclassified PM PNT products with client systems on Army platforms taking into consideration such factors as operational benefits and constraints; integration; interoperability with current and emerging warfighting capabilities; sustainment; and doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership and education personnel and facilities (DOTMLPF) impacts
Support concept development; sensor design; system design; system architecture; hardware, software, and network integration; host platform integration; modeling and simulation; test and evaluation; hardware and software validation support; and experimentation and demonstration of PM PNT products
Identify and assess improvements to existing products and applications as well as requirements, materiel solutions, and applications for emerging PNT technologies and augmentation technologies, strategies, tactics, and training to meet PNT requirements and support all phases of a system’s program life cycle to ensure the system is technically achievable within PM PNT's identified cost goals and schedule
Review data artifacts for acceptability and ensure the product-data relationships are maintained and establish and maintain database(s) to assist PM PNT staff with developing and tracking PNT requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related scientific or technical discipline
Fifteen (15) years of related experience
TS/SCI Clearance
