Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, phone calls, and emails, ensuring excellent customer service
Provide administrative support to the Executive Team, including calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination
Oversee day-to-day office operations for our executive offices and Grauer preschool, ensuring efficiency and professionalism
Assist with grant documentation, compliance reporting, and accreditation paperwork
Perform accurate data entry and administrative support for health, education, and human service programs
Manage office supplies and building inventory—ordering and organizing as needed
Monitor facilities issues and contribute to the Safety Committee to maintain a safe work environment
Collaborate with leadership and staff to improve administrative processes and productivity
Perform other related administrative duties as assigned

Required

3+ years of administrative, executive assistant, or office management experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn new software quickly
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance required

Preferred

Bachelor's degree
Prior experience in a nonprofit, education, healthcare, or human services environment
