Senior Account Executive
EBAS Group is a venture-backed startup reimagining enterprise IT services by combining AI agents with expert humans. They are seeking a Senior Account Executive to own full-cycle sales to CIOs and heads of infrastructure at mid-market and enterprise accounts, while also building a repeatable outbound sales motion and orchestrating high-impact POCs.
Responsibilities
Own full-cycle sales to CIOs and heads of infrastructure at mid-market and enterprise accounts
Build and run a repeatable outbound motion; partner with channels/SIs to extend reach
Lead exec-level discovery, craft business cases, and navigate complex enterprise procurement
Orchestrate high-impact POCs with solution architects; convert pilots to scaled programs
Land-and-expand within strategic accounts; forecast cleanly and maintain rigorous CRM
Bring field signal straight into product and delivery to shape offerings, SLAs, and case studies
Qualification
Required
8+ years selling complex B2B technology with direct CIO cycles (other C-levels don't substitute)
Background in infra/data platforms or system integrators
Consistent top performance (100%+ attainment) and promotions in IC tracks
Expert at enterprise discovery, ROI storytelling, and multi-stakeholder deal strategy
Comfortable building from zero: you write the playbook, then scale it
Low ego, high judgment, and urgency; thrilled to be an IC vs. chasing a VP title
