Manufacturing Engineer II

Responsibilities

Implements processes at the operational level, focused on developing the operation from the ability to make one part to the ability to make parts at the business model
Provides engineering support by troubleshooting problems and effecting timely solutions to maintain the continuity of production flow
Designs manufacturing processes within schedule and budgetary parameters
Monitors and debugs new methods and procedures to ensure system efficiencies
Effectively implements program capital plans
Interfaces with all manufacturing, quality and engineering folks to drive program objectives
Interfaces with technical and non-technical vendors and outside sales personnel to evaluate cost estimate and implement solutions to meet program objectives
Analyze & interpret the data on the customer blueprints to determine the best way to proceed to reach the desired outcomes. Drives team to most efficient process for product manufacture
Defines flow 'rules' using TOC throughout line

Required

A Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related discipline is required from an accredited college or university
Ten years manufacturing experience is required, Aerospace preferred
