Responsibilities
Familiarize themselves with the products and services offered by the company
Research potential clients and generate leads
Qualify prospects based on their needs
Providing accurate information to schedule appointments between qualified prospects and sales team
Maintain accurate records of all communications with potential clients
Must be able to travel to different locations around Nashville and its surrounding areas
Thursday – Sunday Only, Hours vary between 10 AM – 8 PM
Basic customer service skills. Being cordial is important
Must be tech savvy & familiar with using an iPad (Apple product)
Strong interpersonal skills to deal with various types of personalities
Professionalism and courteousness to create a positive customer experience
