ABA Implementer I
Ozark Center is seeking an ABA Implementer I to work closely with clients in a clinical or natural environment to help achieve treatment goals. This role involves extensive data collection on client progress and requires a trauma-informed approach to care.

Responsibilities
Performing intensive interventions with clients with autism within the methodology of Applied Behavior Analysis
Collecting and maintaining data
Implementing plans to reduce challenging behavior
Receiving weekly supervision from the Coordinator/Supervisor and/or Behavior Analyst
Assists clients in activities of daily living
Completing billing forms/documentation as required
Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Performing intensive interventions with clients with autism within the methodology of Applied Behavior Analysis

Assists clients in activities of daily living

Perform all other duties as assigned
Typical physical demands include prolonged sitting, frequent standing, bending, stooping, and occasional team lifting to 200 pounds
Requires normal range of hearing and manual dexterity sufficient to operate keyboard, telephone, photocopier, calculator, and other office equipment as needed
Requires ability to work under stressful conditions and to work irregular hours and deal with irate individuals
May require evening and weekend hours
TB test upon hire
Preferred
Prior ABA therapy experience preferred but not required
