Responsibilities

Work with Cost and Contract Management team to manage contracts and the projects financial reporting and provide detailed technical support to the development team, design team and construction team to facilitate the management of project financial information

Learn cost management systems, processes and responsibilities

Assist Development team, design team and construction team to develop estimates

Maintain a understanding of the projects hard and soft cost budget

Assist procurement team to verify bid package budgets

Assist in making sure contracts have met quality control standards prior to execution

Assist in managing the projects change events log for Hard and Soft costs

Work with Cost and Contract team on projects weekly and monthly reporting. This includes internal reporting to upper management and external reporting to partners and tenants

Required

Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in construction management

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management. Various undergraduate fields may be acceptable if accompanied by a master's level degree in Construction Management
