Responsibilities

Oversee and drive the Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Researcher Authentication Services (RAS) operations
Support NIH systems and external research partners
Enable secure Single Sign-On (SSO) access to systems and external partner applications

Required

Experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM)
Experience with Researcher Authentication Services (RAS)
Proficiency in OAuth/OIDC
Proficiency in SAML
Experience with Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS)
Experience with Broadcom Layer7 API Gateway
Experience with SiteMinder
Experience with Shibboleth
Experience with Terraform
Experience with GCP CAS
Ability to work in a highly secure and federated environment
Experience overseeing and driving IAM and RAS operations
Experience with native authentication mechanisms (PIV/CAC, Kerberos)
Experience with federated identity providers (Login.gov, ID.me, Google, InCommons, eRA, etc.)
