Greet guests warmly as they arrive for breakfast service
Escort guests to their tables
Ensure the breakfast area is clean, organized, and well-stocked
Assist with setting up and clearing tables efficiently
Respond promptly to guest inquiries and special requests
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area
Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
Uphold company policies and procedures related to guest service and safety
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light loads
Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Preferred
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service
