Responsibilities
Monitor daily processes to ensure customer data received and processed successfully
Manage case assignments via Service Now, providing follow up and documentation for case resolution
Have a basic understanding of the product/service offerings
Provide after hours and weekend support on a rotating schedule
Participate in daily standup discussing support issues
Ability to understand complex stored procedures
Respond to daily issues/requests from internal teams
Communicate with confidence, ensuring information presented is accurate
Participate in team meetings
Qualification
Required
2 to 3 years of prior experience in a technical support position
3 to 5 years of SQL experience and the ability to develop basic ad hoc queries in SQL for troubleshooting issues
Strong SQL background
Preferred
Financial industry experience
